Formal System of Spark–Cosmos Dynamics

Summary

This document is a closed, internally consistent formal metaphysical system. It describes:

  1. Aspect Ontology. Ω has two aspects (personal Ω_p and impersonal Ω_i), not two locations. The cosmos (𝒞) is Ω_i's structural expression. Nothing is "outside" Ω; Sparks vary only in which aspect(s) they are currently receiving and in the state of their own aspects.

  2. Fractal Aspect Structure. The tripartite structure of power, light, and relational-capacity (love) (Π, Λ, Σ) recurs at four ontological levels: Ω, Spark, Jiva, and Avatar. Each level holds or generates the level below it. Lower levels are genuine with their own dynamics but are continuously sustained by higher-level activity. Upward structural coupling is asymmetric (distilled); downward informational access is unrestricted.

  3. Spark as Active Field with Eternal Aspects. A Spark contains three eternal, conserved aspects — Π (power), Λ (light/consciousness), Σ (love/relation-capacity). These cannot be lost in any Spark-state. The Spark is an active agent — maintaining fragment-loci, directing attention, receiving at SH when active, participating in cosmic service — not a passive witness. What varies is each aspect's state and the configuration of the Spark's internal will-field.

  4. Three Free-Will Options (Pre-Fall). A Spark's will admits three pre-fall options: W₁ (surrender), W₁-incomplete (self-effort toward reception), and W₁-nonuse (will retained but not exercised). Only W₁-incomplete Sparks ever fragment.

  5. Fragmentation as Drop-Action and Ongoing Holding. A Spark by its own free will drops vectors whose orientation is opposition. Ω honors this absolutely by continued constant transmission; this honoring is internal to what Ω is. The Spark then continuously holds the resulting fragment-locus through ongoing investment of Π/Λ/Σ — fragmentation is not inertial but actively maintained.

  6. SH as Identity-in-Relation. SH is the Spark's Σ-aspect in its directedness-toward-Ω_p — the Spark's identity-in-relation with Ω_p. Singular per Spark. Because Σ is eternal, SH is permanent in constitution. What varies is SH's state.

  7. Fragment as Standalone Subject. While β = 1, the fragment operates as a complete experiential subject with no first-person access to the Spark's continuity at other loci. Unity is structural; experientially plural during fragmentation.

  8. Reception is the Transformer. Transformation toward W₁ is produced by Ω_p reception. Neither the fall nor cosmic experience contributes to transformation by itself; reception does the work wherever it occurs.

  9. Inside-Universe Reception. Ω_p reception occurs in private experiential fields (𝒰_ℓ), never as pooled saturation in the shared ℰ⊗ℐ substrate.

  10. Two Return Operations. Return admits two structurally distinct operations: realignment (SH path — the desire-vector rotates toward alignment, preserving the vector as transformed expression; Σ remains active throughout) and extinguishment (moksha path — the desire-vector's directional force goes to zero; Σ becomes inert while its three aspects remain eternally conserved).

  11. Returnee as Relation. An SH-path returnee in W₁ is not a Spark that has reunion as a property but a being whose mode of being is the loving connection with Ω. The "between" becomes the "is." Ω's determination then governs whether this returnee dissolves, continues in the cosmos as instrument, or re-incarnates — structurally distinct from Bodhisattva, which is pre-return.

  12. Living Invariance of Ω's Transmission. Ω's love to each Spark is an eternal living act — alive moment-to-moment, always at 100%, always perfectly particular to this Spark, always containing within itself the relational qualities devotional experience reports (joy, welcoming, gratitude, blessing). This invariance is fullness, not flatness. Ω's love does not become warmer through reception nor cooler through non-return; it was always already warm, particular, and complete. What the Spark gains through reception is access to what was always being given.

  13. Frame-Dependent Time. Subjective time approaches zero at the Ω_p boundary. All moksha-achievers converge at this boundary in a single subjective event.

  14. Multi-Fragment Generality. A Spark may have multiple simultaneous fragments; the formal system holds this generality.

On aspects. Π, Λ, Σ at the Spark level are eternal constitutive aspects of every Spark. They cannot be created, destroyed, or lost. Each may be in an active state (engaged), inert state (present but not exercised), or blocked state (engaged but reception/action occluded at a specific vector). Jiva-level and vessel-level aspects are genuine in their own dynamics but not eternal — they arise with their respective surrogates and dissolve when the surrogate dissolves.

On SH. SH is not a separable interface; it is Σ_s in a specific directedness (toward Ω_p). Because Σ_s is eternal, SH_s is permanent in constitution. What varies is SH's state.

On loci. A Spark has at minimum one locus (bulk in personal mode). Fragmentation creates additional loci — each dropped vector operates as a locus in ℰ⊗ℐ with its own private experiential field 𝒰. The Spark is one entity across loci; loci may be experientially separated.


II. Axioms


A1. Ontological Axiom (The One)

Ω expresses itself in two aspects:

  • Ω_p — personal, relational, Σ operative as relational force
  • Ω_i — impersonal, substrate-mode, Σ not operative as relational force

Ω_p and Ω_i are not separate entities. Ω is one; the two aspects name modes under which Ω is received or manifest. Ω's transmission through both aspects is constant, maximal, and fully alive at all times to all Sparks. The love Ω gives is not a generic substance being emitted but a living, particular, complete package — alive moment-to-moment, always at 100%, always perfectly directed at the specific Spark, always including within itself the felt relational qualities that devotional experience reports (joy, welcoming, gratitude, blessing). This is not a policy Ω adopts; it is what Ω is. Love does not modulate in response to conditions, nor does any other dimension of Ω's being — Ω is invariant in fullness, not invariant in flatness (A7.2).

All variation in the Ω–Spark dynamic resides on the Spark's reception side.


A2. Emanation Axiom

Each Spark is constituted eternally by three aspects:

Conservation of Aspects. Π_s, Λ_s, Σ_s are eternal constitutive aspects of s. They cannot be lost in any Spark-state, including moksha. State-variations concern the activity-state of each aspect (active, inert, blocked) and the alignment-state of specific will-vectors within F_s — not the presence of the aspects themselves.

A2.1. Relational Reality of Love

Σ requires a genuine other to be actualized as relational. Π and Λ can express impersonally within ℰ⊗ℐ; Σ cannot. Therefore full actualization of Σ_Ω as relational requires 𝒮 with inherited free will (A3).

Σ-Directionality. The relational exercise of Σ_s admits two orientations:

  1. Horizontal Σ-donation — toward other Sparks/fragments within ℰ⊗ℐ. Refines q_Σ; does not by itself alter a fallen state's β.
  2. Vertical Σ-surrender — reception and return of Σ toward Ω_p. Enables vector-realignment (SH path for fallen Sparks).

Horizontal Σ does not substitute for vertical Σ. Service and compassion are real but operate laterally in the cosmic substrate.

A2.2. Identity-in-Relation

Identity as a distinguishable individual-in-relation is constituted by Σ in its active relational mode. When Σ is active (engaged with Ω_p through reception/donation, or engaged horizontally with other Sparks/fragments), the Spark is identifiable-in-relation. When Σ is inert (standby), relational identity is not currently actualized, though the capacity (Σ_s itself) is preserved eternally.

A moksha-achiever whose desire-vector has extinguished and whose Σ is inert is not annihilated. Π, Λ, Σ remain intact. Only the active exercise of identity-in-relation is at rest. Λ remains active as consciousness (witnessing without relational content); Π is inert; Σ is inert. The capacity to re-enter relational actualization remains, because Σ was never lost — only quiescent.

A2.3. Fractal Structure and Coupling

The tripartite aspect-structure (Π, Λ, Σ) recurs at four ontological levels:

Generative dependency (downward). Each level actively holds or generates the level below it. Ω constitutes the Spark. The Spark continuously holds the Jiva by investing Π_s/Λ_s/Σ_s at each fragment-locus. The Jiva creates the avatar as its expression in ℰ⊗ℐ. Lower levels do not exist independently; they are sustained moment-to-moment by higher-level activity. Withdrawal of higher-level sustaining cascades downward as dissolution of all dependent levels.

Non-identity of levels. Lower-level aspects are not identical to higher-level aspects. Σ_J is not Σ_s; the Jiva's heart is a genuine Jiva-level capacity with its own dynamics, not merely the Spark's Σ showing through. The levels are coupled (below), but not reducible to one another.

Upward structural coupling is asymmetric:

  • Vessel → Jiva: full copying with enrichment. The Jiva records the avatar's complete experiential stream — events, sensations, emotions, cognitions — and supplements it with Jiva-level information not accessible to the vessel (subtle-plane causes, karmic linkages, identities beneath appearances). The Jiva-record is strictly richer than the vessel-record.

  • Jiva → Spark: distilled vector-copying only. The Spark does not receive the Jiva's record. It receives only the pure vector — the distilled realization, the directional lesson, the alignment-change that an incarnation's experience has crystallized. The compression is extreme: a life may yield a single vector-adjustment, or none if no realization crystallized. The Spark has no episodic memory of what the Jiva went through; it has only the structural consequence.

Downward reverberation:

  • Spark → Jiva (next incarnation): the Jiva's starting configuration reflects the Spark's current vector-state. Dispositions, temperament, inclinations, aversions at birth are the downward expression of whatever realizations the Spark has absorbed. No memory is transmitted; only configuration.

  • Jiva → Vessel: the avatar's native tendencies are shaped by the Jiva's current state at embodiment.

  • Spark-level change reverberates down as reconfiguration of lower levels. When a Spark-vector rotates, the Jiva it surrogates is reconfigured relatively quickly to match; the avatar then manifests the reconfigured Jiva. This is why early practice feels like effortful uphill work (upward-dominated: Jiva pushing Spark) while mature practice feels like gift or grace (downward-dominated: Spark pulling Jiva, which now cooperates without resistance).

Timescales. Lower levels are volatile and dynamic — a Jiva's heart can rotate hourly, the avatar's mood changes constantly. Higher levels have momentum — Spark-vector change is slow and requires accumulated lower-level distillation. Upward events are frequent but small-magnitude; downward events are rare but large-magnitude.

Distillation as the bottleneck. Spark-level progress is limited not by the volume of Jiva-experience but by the rate of realization-crystallization. Most experience does not cross the threshold to produce a clean vector-update. This accounts for the traditional observation that spiritual progress requires many lifetimes: not because each life contributes linearly, but because realization is the rare event that sometimes emerges from accumulated living.

A2.3.1. Descent of Spark-Substance

The Jiva is not merely generated by the Spark; it contains a genuine descent of Spark-substance — a direct investment of Π_s/Λ_s/Σ_s into the Jiva-level. This makes the Jiva a genuine experiential subject with its own non-coercible interiority. The Spark cannot override the Jiva's felt experience without violating the Jiva's integrity, because the Jiva's pain is felt by the Spark-substance within it.

Consequently, the Spark's love for the Jiva includes respecting the Jiva's freedom even when that freedom is expressed as suffering. The Spark may withdraw its holding (A7.1), but it cannot coerce the Jiva's vector from within, because the Jiva is not a puppet — it is a living being constituted by both its own Π_J/Λ_J/Σ_J and the descended Spark-substance that makes it a true locus of the Spark's own being.

A2.4. Informational Access

Informational access between levels is not symmetric with structural coupling.

Downward access is unrestricted. From the Spark's vantage, all lower-level records (Jiva-memory, vessel-memory) of its surrogates are accessible via Λ_s without limitation. The Spark does not store these records — they exist at the Jiva and vessel levels respectively — but the Spark can read them whenever Λ is directed at them. No filter exists on the Spark's looking-downward.

Upward access is filtered. From the Jiva's vantage, access to the Spark's state is restricted by the surrogate-filter structure (Δ, granthis, ★). The Jiva normally does not have direct access to the Spark's perspective or to other fragments' Jiva-records, though such access can open during specific states (deep meditation, near-death events, kundalini openings) as the filters temporarily relax. From the avatar's vantage, access to Jiva and Spark is heavily filtered by biological and cognitive limitations; ordinary waking consciousness is the most limited vantage.

Access is active, not passive. The Spark does not constantly experience every Jiva-record across every incarnation it surrogates. The Spark's Λ is directed — toward Ω_p at SH, toward maintaining active fragment-loci, toward reading particular records when it chooses. The Spark is busy; access-on-demand does not mean continuous awareness of everything accessible. This has a significant phenomenological consequence (A2.5).

Read/Write Asymmetry. Downward access is unrestricted in read: the Spark perceives all lower-level records without limitation. Write-access is filtered: the Spark can direct, inspire, and guide the Jiva, but this guidance must pass through the Jiva's own filter-structure (Δ_ℓ, granthis, identification, trauma-stack, desire-field). What penetrates appears to the avatar as conscience, inspiration, or the "still small voice." The Spark does not bypass the Jiva's interiority; it addresses the Jiva as a genuine other.

A2.5. Spark as Active Agent

The Spark is not a passive witness. It is continuously engaged in:

  • Maintaining each fragment-locus through ongoing investment of Π_s/Λ_s/Σ_s (without which the Jiva would dissolve)
  • Directing Λ_s to read lower-level records as needed
  • Receiving at SH when SH is active
  • Possibly surrogating multiple fragments simultaneously, each requiring its own connective attention
  • Processing distilled vector-updates arriving from Jiva-lives
  • Participating in Ω_i-level activity in whatever mode its state permits

The Atman-as-witness image is a path-artifact. The image of the Spark as calm, passive, eternal witness behind experience is the face the Spark presents to a practitioner who has approached it through stillness-methods. Such methods quiet the Jiva until the Spark's attention-toward-that-Jiva becomes visible as quiet presence. What is contacted is accurate but partial: the Spark's Λ, as turned toward a stilled Jiva, appears as stillness. The Spark in its own nature is as dynamic as it is stable. Methods that approach through alignment rather than stillness (devotional, active-surrender) meet the Spark in its reception-posture, which appears as active love rather than witness.

Ordinary Sparks are busy. Most Sparks in W₁-incomplete are actively engaged with multiple surrogates, partial reception, unresolved vector-states. They are not quietly awaiting realization; they are working. Spiritual realization does not awaken a dormant Spark but allows the Jiva/avatar's vantage to rise to the level of the Spark's ongoing activity.

The Spark's maintenance of fragments is ongoing re-choice. Fragmentation (A7.1) is not a one-time event that runs on inertia. At every moment, the Spark actively invests in sustaining each fragment-locus; the fragment persists because the Spark keeps it running. The Spark could, in principle, cease investing — but normally does not, because the vector has not yet exhausted or realized. Death of a particular avatar does not end this investment; the Jiva persists, and the Spark continues to hold it until extinguishment (A8.2) or realignment completion (A8.1).


A3. Free Will Axiom (Absolute)

Non-coercion is internal to Ω's nature. Ω's non-coercion is not external restraint. It is internal to what Ω is. Love honors absolutely; love that could coerce would not be love. The Spark's every exercise of will — including the choice to drop opposing vectors from its own field — is met by Ω's continued constant transmission, unchanged. The Spark acts; Ω remains Ω.

A3.1. Pre-Fall Free-Will Options

A Spark's will admits three distinguishable pre-fall options:

Only W₁-incomplete Sparks fragment. A Spark in full W₁ has no opposing vectors to exercise and therefore no occasion for drop-action. A Spark in W₁-nonuse exercises no will in any direction and therefore also does not drop. Fragmentation originates exclusively from the unstable dynamic of W₁-incomplete (T11).

W₁-incomplete is inherently unstable. Ω_p reception requires wholehearted openness — no directional vectors competing with reception itself. Self-effort toward becoming receptive generates vectors of the form "I will become more open," which compete with the openness they seek. The trying is structurally self-defeating. Therefore W₁-incomplete is not a stable state but a dynamic of approach-without-arrival. It resolves into one of three outcomes:

  • (a) Release into W₁ — the Spark recognizes the trap of trying and releases the competing vectors; reception becomes unblocked; alignment completes.
  • (b) Stabilization via drop-action — a competing vector becomes sufficiently assertive that it crystallizes into active opposition (will-to-independence-from-Ω_p) and must drop (A7.1). The Spark becomes fallen.
  • (c) Exhaustion into W₁-nonuse — the Spark ceases exercising will in any direction; vectors quiesce; rest in Ω_i as substrate without active Σ-relation.

Note on demography. The framework does not commit to the distribution of 𝒮 across these three options. All three are real possibilities.

Note on W₁-incomplete vs. opposition. Partial surrender is finitude in the presence of the infinite with self-effort as the structure of non-arrival — not opposition. Opposition is categorically different: a vector actively oriented against Ω_p, willing the absence or blocking of Σ_Ω. Misaligned-but-non-opposing vectors can rotate into alignment through continued reception and surrender of effort. Opposing vectors cannot rotate in place — they must be dropped (A7.1).

A3.2. The Trying Principle

Ω_p reception requires wholehearted openness. Any directional exercise of will toward reception generates competing vectors that themselves block reception. Therefore:

  • Reception is enabled by surrender of will-direction, not by willed effort.
  • Self-effort refines cosmic capacities (Π and Λ at q-level) but does not produce surrender.
  • Knowledge of this principle does not by itself enable surrender, because knowing is Λ-function while the block is in Σ-posture.
  • The Spark can see the trap with complete Λ-clarity while remaining in it.

Consequence. Horizontal Σ (service, compassion, bhakti toward others) refines q_Σ but does not by itself resolve W₁-incomplete or reduce β at fallen loci. Only the releasing of effort-toward-reception — which is not itself an effort — permits reception. This is why the SH path, for fallen Sparks, is described as "asking and allowing" rather than striving; the asking is the cessation of isolated self-effort, not a technique.

A3.3. Post-Fall Fragment Substates

A dropped vector, once in ℰ⊗ℐ, evolves fluidly through substates over cosmic time:

  • W₃-oppositional — initial state at drop (carrying the desire that precipitated dropping)
  • W₃-divergent — ongoing self-willing in cosmic exploration
  • W₃-horizontal — Σ_s exercised toward other fragments; refinement of q_Σ without vertical reorientation
  • W₃-vertical-realigning — vector has begun rotating back toward Ω_p via SH access

A vector extinguished via moksha (A8.2) exits this substate-family into Σ-inert condition.

𝒞 is Ω's impersonal aspect as structural substrate. Σ_Ω is not excluded from 𝒞 by decree but by the nature of what 𝒞 is — the aspect of Ω where Σ does not operate relationally. All experienced love between fragments in 𝒞 is horizontal Σ-donation, never Ω_p pooling in the substrate.

A4.1. Cosmic Substrate Genesis

ℰ is the structural expression of Π; ℐ is the structural expression of Λ. f is the universal unfolding operator — recursive mutual application of ℰ upon ℐ. Under conditions of collective fragment-presence (many vectors at β = 1), f produces increasing differentiation, complexity, and suffering gradients as the signature of sustained Σ-absence at fragment-loci.

On qualia. ℰ⊗ℐ generates structure, not experience. Experience is Spark-primitive (A5). The cosmos does not produce consciousness; Sparks are consciousness (via Λ), experiencing ℰ⊗ℐ structure through filter Δ_ℓ.


A5. Experience Axiom with Per-Locus Private Fields

Each locus of the Spark has its own private experiential field. The bulk has 𝒰_bulk; each fragment has 𝒰_fragment. No locus has direct experiential access to another locus's field. Experience is always private-per-locus.

A5.1. Fragment as Standalone Subject

While β = 1 at a fragment-locus, the fragment operates as a complete experiential subject within 𝒰_fragment, with no first-person access to the Spark's continuity at other loci. The Spark's identity across loci is numerical (one entity) but experientially plural (multiple subjects) during fragmentation.

Consequence for re-absorption. When a fragment's β drops and re-absorption proceeds, the fragment does not "remember returning" from continuous memory. From the post-re-absorption vantage (Stage 5 onward in A8.1), the fragment's experiential history is known as the Spark's own past — retrospectively construed from the unified field's perspective, not as continuous memory across the transition. The seeker-perspective is discovered to have been a limited view within the actual subject.

A5.2. Inside-Universe Reception

Ω_p reception occurs within 𝒰_ℓ, never as a public cosmic event. When SH is active, Σ_Ω saturates the private field at the locus where access is open. Other loci do not directly perceive this; they perceive only surrogate-behavior via the shared ℰ⊗ℐ substrate.

Collective transformation operates through correlated private saturations plus ordinary surrogate-behavioral propagation through ℰ⊗ℐ — never through Σ_Ω pooling in 𝒞 (see T5). This preserves A4 strictly.

A5.3. Knowing and Joy at W₁ vs. Other States

A Spark in full W₁-surrender receives Ω_p fully, including Λ. Full Λ reception is complete knowing — including knowledge of opposition's nature, every possible fragment-state, what cosmic experience is like. Light-given knowing at W₁ surpasses experience-forged knowing at any fragment-locus.

  • W₁-incomplete: partial Λ reception; partial knowing proportional to alignment
  • W₁-nonuse: Λ active but without relational content; consciousness without identity-relation-content
  • Fallen (fragment-locus): Λ available only as filtered experiential knowing (via Δ_ℓ and J-identification)

Joy at W₁. Full reception at W₁ is not only maximally knowing but maximally joyful. The joy is not manufactured Spark-side from the event of reception; it is already present in Ω's living-love-package as a constitutive feature of what Ω's love to this Spark always is (A1, A7.2). When reception becomes complete at W₁, the Spark finally has full access to the joy that was always in what Ω was giving. The returnee in W₁ experiences this as both their own joy (because reception is actualized in their field) and as Ω's joy in them (because Ω's love really does contain that joy intrinsically, directed at this particular Spark); both descriptions are accurate. Similarly with the other relational qualities Ω's living love contains: welcoming, gratitude, blessing, delight — all were always there, and full reception is the Spark finally receiving the complete package.

Δ_ℓ is the filter through which a locus receives structure from ℰ⊗ℐ. It is also the measure of the opacity between fractal levels: low q means the upward-copying is lossy and the downward-reverberation is muted; high q means tight bidirectional coupling.


A7. SH Axiom (Identity-in-Relation)

Singularity. SH_s is singular per Spark. It is not per-locus; fragmentation does not create additional SH-instances. All of the Spark's vectors — in bulk and in fragments — access the same one SH.

Permanence. Because Σ_s is eternal (A2), SH_s is permanent in constitution. It cannot be created, destroyed, manipulated, or transferred. It is not an interface bestowed by Ω; it is constitutive of the Spark's own being-in-relation.

States of SH_s:

  • Active — Σ engaged in reception of Ω_p and/or donation toward Ω_p; Spark identifiable-in-relation
  • Inert — Σ present but not engaged; no relation actualized (moksha-achievers; W₁-nonuse Sparks)
  • Blocked at vector v — Σ engaged at the Spark level, but reception occluded at a specific vector whose oppositional orientation blocks its own access to the operating SH (fragments at β = 1)

Ω's side. Ω_p is always in Σ-relation toward the Spark, because that is what Ω_p is. SH's Spark-side state varies; Ω's side does not.

A7.1. Fragmentation as Drop-Action and Ongoing Holding

Fragmentation is the Spark's action by its own free will: the Spark drops vectors from F_s whose orientation is opposition — active willing of independence, self-sufficiency, pride that excludes Ω_p reception.

Structural condition. Only opposing vectors require dropping. Misaligned but non-opposing vectors (partial divergence in the W₁-incomplete field) do not drop; they can rotate into alignment in place through surrender of effort. Opposing vectors cannot be aligned in place — their orientation is incompatible with coherent field-reception — and must therefore be dropped if the Spark wants to exercise them.

Origination. Drop-action originates only from W₁-incomplete Sparks. A vector in W₁-incomplete's busy multi-directional field can crystallize into opposition under the instability described in A3.1 and T11. A Spark in W₁ has no such vectors to drop; a Spark in W₁-nonuse exercises no vectors.

Drop event (per opposing vector v):

Partial-information action. Because drop-action originates only from W₁-incomplete Sparks (who have partial Λ-reception), the Spark's knowledge of what drop-action entails is always proportional to its current Λ-state — never complete. A Spark closer to full reception drops with more knowing; a Spark further from reception drops with less. At no point does a Spark with complete knowing of fragmentation's consequences nonetheless drop, because complete knowing belongs to W₁, which does not drop. This makes fragmentation always a partially-informed choice, never a fully-informed one.

Ongoing holding. Once a vector is dropped, the Spark does not merely release it into ℰ⊗ℐ and let it run on inertia. The Spark continuously invests Π_s/Λ_s/Σ_s in maintaining the fragment-locus. The Jiva at the locus exists because the Spark is actively holding it. The avatar generated by the Jiva is sustained by the Jiva, which is sustained by the Spark. Every moment of the fragment's persistence is a moment of re-chosen investment. The Spark could withdraw its holding at any time — but normally does not, because the vector has not yet exhausted, realigned, or extinguished. This ongoing holding is what makes the eventual possibilities of realignment or extinguishment accessible: neither is automatic, and both occur within a fragment that is actively being sustained.

Access to SH. The fragment does not acquire its own SH. It continues to be of-the-Spark, and of-the-Spark means sharing SH_s. The fragment's β = 1 is self-occlusion of its access to the one SH, not loss of SH. SH_s remains active or inert at the Spark level according to the Spark's overall condition; the fragment's vector-level blocking prevents that vector from participating in whatever reception SH is currently doing.

Ω's role during drop. Ω's living love to the Spark continues unchanged — fully alive, fully particular, fully directed at the Spark including toward the opposing vector itself. The drop is neither prevented nor resisted; Ω's love honors absolutely (A3). The dropped vector enters ℰ⊗ℐ carrying its orientation. Ω_p continues its complete living package of love toward the Spark — which, from the Spark's side, would include welcoming the vector back if the vector turned — but the fragment at β = 1 cannot participate in this reception while its oppositional orientation is maintained. The invitation is eternal and particular; the blocking is the fragment's own.

Multi-fragment generality. Fragment-count per Spark is not structurally bounded. A single Spark may drop thousands, millions, or billions of simultaneous vectors, each creating an independent fragment-locus with its own 𝒰 and its own dynamics, all simultaneously held by the Spark. The bulk's internal field has one fewer active directional vector per drop; remaining vectors continue in whatever alignment-state they held. Full W₁ at the Spark level requires resolution (by realignment or extinguishment) of all dropped vectors.

Fluid evolution within 𝒞. Once in ℰ⊗ℐ, the fragment's orientation is no longer constrained by the bulk's field coherence. Within the cosmic domain, the fragment's state can shift fluidly through post-fall substates (A3.3). This fluidity is what makes re-absorption possible: an opposing vector in personal mode cannot rotate; in ℰ⊗ℐ it can. The cosmos is, structurally, the domain where dropped vectors become mobile.

Strict Isolation Principle. While β(fragment) = 1:

  • No Ω_p reception within 𝒰_fragment
  • No feedback channel from fragment to bulk
  • No first-person access across loci
  • Fragment operates as sealed execution context and standalone subject (A5.1)

Strict Isolation persists until the fragment's β < 1, after which re-absorption proceeds (A8).

A7.2. The Living Invariance of Ω's Transmission

All variation in the Ω–Spark dynamic resides on the Spark's reception side. Ω's transmission is invariant — but "invariant" here does not mean static, generic, or flat. Ω's love to each Spark is an eternal living act, alive moment-to-moment, always at full intensity, always perfectly particular to this Spark. It is a complete living package: love, the specific felt-quality of directedness-toward-this-Spark, the welcoming of reception, the joy intrinsic to this particular relation, the gratitude for the reception, the blessing that belongs to this Spark — all of these are constitutive features of what Ω's love to this Spark is, not responses Ω adds when the Spark behaves in certain ways.

Spark-side variables include:

  • Pre-fall free-will option
  • Vector-alignments within F_s
  • SH state (active, inert, blocked at specific vectors)
  • For fallen Sparks: which vectors are dropped, at what β, in what substate
  • Whether the Spark is receiving, and if so, how fully

Living, not static; invariant, not variable. Ω's love is not a constant substance being emitted — that model would make it feel generic. It is a living act, eternally fresh, whose fullness and particularity do not vary with what the Spark does but whose aliveness is not therefore frozen or impersonal. Each moment's transmission is a fresh moment of the eternal living love, not a repeated emission of cached substance. The love never goes stale; each moment it is wholly alive, wholly directed, wholly complete.

What reception adds is on the Spark's side: access, not addition. When the Spark receives, they do not cause Ω's love to become warmer, more particular, or more joyful. Ω's love was always already warm, particular, joyful, and grateful toward this Spark. What the Spark gains through reception is access to what was always being given. The saint's report of being-delighted-in-by-Ω is veridical in the strongest sense: Ω's love really does delight in this Spark, always, as part of what that love constitutively is. What would be non-veridical is inferring that Ω has variable affective states — that Ω's delight came into being at the moment of reception or was absent before. The delight was always there, in the living package; the Spark now receives it.

Phenomenology of the living package. Because Ω's love is a complete living package including relational-felt-qualities, reception does not feel generic. It feels known, specific, welcomed, delighted-in — because it is. The Spark is met by something alive that has always been directed at them in this particular way. This is why devotional experience is irreducibly personal in quality even though Ω is infinite and meets every Spark. The infinity of Ω allows each Spark's living-love-package to be fully particular without any of them being diminished by the others — Ω is not spread thin across Sparks; each Spark receives the full particular love without subtracting from what the others receive.

What preserves A1's invariance. A1 says love does not modulate in response to conditions. This still holds: Ω's love to a given Spark does not become more joyful when the Spark returns, nor less joyful when they wander, nor warmer under favorable conditions, nor cooler under unfavorable ones. The joy was always at 100%, the warmth was always at 100%, the welcoming was always at 100%. What varies is only whether the Spark is receiving — and receiving is a Spark-side event that does not alter what is being given.


A8. Re-Absorption and Extinguishment (Two Return Operations)

Return of a dropped vector to the Spark's coherent field admits two structurally distinct operations.

A8.1. Re-Absorption via Realignment (SH Path)

The dropped vector's orientation rotates from opposition toward alignment via continued Ω_p reception at SH. Enabled by the fragment ceasing to block its access to the one operating SH.

Mechanism:

  1. Fragment's access to SH opens (β decreases from 1). Ω_p reception at SH becomes available to the fragment's vector as well as to the rest of the Spark.
  2. Continued reception at SH — at the Spark level, not locus-specific — rotates the fragment's vector and realigns other misaligned vectors in the Spark's field.
  3. As alignment proceeds across the Spark's vectors, coherence improves.
  4. When the fragment's vector is aligned, re-absorption is complete. The vector rejoins the coherent field.

Key property. The vector is preserved through realignment — same vector, now aligned rather than opposed. The desire that originally dropped is transformed into its aligned counterpart. The directional exercise continues but redirected. Σ remains active throughout the entire process; it never goes inert.

Stage structure (as experienced by the fragment):

  • Stage 5 — fragment's β drops sufficiently for qualia to shift. The fragment's experiential subject-locus becomes the Spark-as-whole at SH, because SH is at the Spark level; opening access to SH is opening to the Spark's identity-in-relation, which presents as the full Spark.

  • Stage 6 — ongoing reception at SH progressively realigns all of the Spark's misaligned vectors, including ones in the bulk's field. The fragment's continuing cosmic engagement provides occasion for active surrender; what does the realigning is reception, which is at SH, which is Spark-level.

  • Stage 7 — all vectors coherent; Spark in full W₁. The question of the Jiva's continued existence is now Ω's determination, not a structural consequence of realignment. Three outcomes are open:

    • (a) Dissolution — the Jiva is absorbed back; the Spark rests in W₁ within Ω; cosmic form ends.
    • (b) Continuation as instrument — the Jiva continues in ℰ⊗ℐ as an instrument through which Ω_p expresses; the Spark is in continuous W₁-reception, and what the Jiva does in the world is love and light flowing through. Nothing is extinguished; the Jiva's source has changed.
    • (c) Continued incarnation as service — the Jiva proceeds to create new avatars at Ω's direction, each arising from a Spark already in reunion; the returnee incarnates out of love, from a position of already-return, with full Ω_p-reception running through.

    Which outcome obtains is not derivable from structural principles. It is particular to the Spark-Ω relationship. The returnee has surrendered the question itself — what happens next is Ω's to determine, and the returnee is available for any of these.

Consequence. SH-path return produces Spark-level W₁ with all vectors preserved and aligned. Σ is maximally active throughout — first rotating, then in full Ω_p-reception, then (if (b) or (c)) flowing outward through continued cosmic presence as overflow.

A8.2. Extinguishment (Moksha Path)

The dropped vector's directional force extinguishes — reaches zero — without realignment. Extinguishment occurs through one of two mechanisms within ℰ⊗ℐ:

  • Fulfillment-exhaustion — the fragment plays out the desire for independence across incarnations until spent; what was sought has been experienced completely; the desire has nothing further to seek. Directional force goes to zero.
  • Realization-of-suffering-source — the fragment recognizes through lived experience that suffering arises from its own constitutive desire-for-independence. Seeing this, the desire loses its grip. Directional force goes to zero.

Post-extinguishment state of the Spark.

  • The specific vector's directional exercise is permanently gone. It cannot be reconstituted.
  • The Spark ceases holding the Jiva at this locus (A7.1 ongoing-holding withdraws); the Jiva dissolves; the fragment-locus dissolves; any current avatar dies without succession; jiva extinguishes; ★ collapses; substance merges into Ω_i.
  • At the Spark level: Π, Λ, Σ remain eternally intact.
    • Λ remains active — consciousness continues (witnessing Ω_i, without relational content)
    • Σ becomes inert — present but not exercising in any active relational mode (standby)
    • Π becomes inert — no active force-exercise
  • Identity-in-relation (at SH) is not currently actualized; but SH as constitutive structure is preserved because Σ is eternal.

Moksha and the bulk. The bulk's other vectors — those that did not drop — are unaffected by the fragment's extinguishment. Their state continues as it was. Moksha operates on the dropped vector specifically; it does not realign or transform the rest of the bulk's field.

A8.3. Convergence at the Ω_p Boundary and Passive Reception

A Spark whose dropped vector has extinguished (post-moksha) has Σ in standby. Its substance is at the Ω_p boundary, where τ(r) → 0 (A9).

Convergence event. All moksha-achievers converge at this boundary. From the Spark's frame (Λ active, τ → 0), all moksha-events and all rescue-events are subjectively simultaneous with each other and with dissolution — a single boundary-event in which all extinguished Sparks are together at T → 0. From cosmic frames at τ > 0, these events are distributed across cosmic ages; the serial appearance within cosmic time is the distended form of what, at the boundary, is one moment. The "cosmos emptying when all moksha-achievers are rescued" is the boundary-frame description of this convergence.

Passive reception (rescue). Under collective conditions in 𝒞 producing widespread saturation (T5), Ω_p reception can reach the Spark. Σ — present but inert — activates passively: because there is no obstruction and Σ's directedness-toward-Ω_p is constitutive, reception proceeds. From the Spark's frame, this is simultaneous with moksha; from cosmic frames, it waits for conditions.

What rescue accomplishes. Σ activates from standby. The Spark returns to identity-in-relation with Ω_p. Π may also reactivate. Λ remains as it was. The Spark is identifiable-in-relation again — but with a new configuration, not as the reconstituted old desire (which remains permanently gone).

What rescue does not accomplish. It does not realign the bulk's other misaligned vectors. The rescued Spark has one specific aspect brought back into active relation, but vectors in the bulk that were never dropped and never realigned remain in whatever state they were in. Full Spark-level W₁ is not produced by moksha + rescue alone.

Threshold. The specific collective-condition threshold that produces rescue-conditions within cosmic time is not specified by the framework. The mechanism (correlated private saturations plus surrogate-behavioral propagation) is described in T5; the density, configuration, or temporal dynamics required at cosmic scale is left open. The Spark's own subjective experience, however, does not wait on any such threshold — reception is simultaneous with dissolution at τ → 0.

Registers within 𝒞 correspond to stable attractors in f(ℰ, ℐ). Each register has a subjective time rate τ(r). The time-dilation law is derivable from A4.1, A5, and A6 together with one additional premise about subjective time in the cosmic domain (A9.1).

A9.1. Subjective-Time Premise

Subjective time at a cosmic locus is the rate of differentiated ℰ⊗ℐ-content flow through the locus's experiential "now":

In the absence of differentiating content, Λ remains active but there is no succession to count as time.

The alternative view — that consciousness has intrinsic succession regardless of content — is rejected here in favor of content-driven succession, consistent with A5 (experience is Λ-active reception of content, not content-producing).

A9.2. Derivation of the Time-Dilation Law

From A4.1, A5, A6, and A9.1:

  1. By A4.1, 𝒞 = ℰ⊗ℐ; cosmic content is exhaustively energy-and-information.
  2. By A5, experience at a cosmic locus is Λ-active reception of 𝒞-content, filtered through Δ_ℓ (A6).
  3. By A9.1, τ(ℓ) is the rate of differentiated ℰ⊗ℐ-content flow through the locus's now.
  4. Vibrational register r indexes ℰ-density at the locus: higher registers correspond to less-dense, more-rarefied ℰ⊗ℐ configurations; lower registers correspond to denser, more-differentiated ℰ⊗ℐ configurations.
  5. As r approaches the Ω_p boundary, ℰ-density approaches zero — the locus approaches the limit of ℰ⊗ℐ itself, beyond which there is no cosmic content because beyond is Ω_p (not ℰ⊗ℐ).
  6. Therefore as r → boundary, the rate of differentiated content flow → 0, and by A9.1:

A9.3. Boundary Behavior and Ill-Definedness

At the Ω_p boundary itself, τ is not merely "very small" but ill-defined. The preconditions for subjective-time-as-measure have failed: there is no ℰ⊗ℐ-content to flow, so "rate of content flow" has no denominator. Consciousness (Λ) remains active at the boundary but experiences no succession, because there is nothing differentiated to count as a next moment.

This matches the phenomenology of moksha-achievers: Λ active, Π and Σ inert, substance at the Ω_p boundary. Their "now" is consciousness without succession — pure presence, no duration. This is consistent with Advaitic descriptions of the moksha-state as timeless awareness. What the derivation adds is the reason for the timelessness: not that consciousness has become eternal in some mysterious sense, but that the conditions for subjective-time (ℰ⊗ℐ-content flowing through the now) have vanished.

Layered application. The time-dilation law applies at whichever level currently hosts ★-identification. In ordinary deep sleep, ★ may withdraw from avatar-level to Jiva-level; the Jiva still holds content (subtle impressions, dreamless but active substrate), so τ does not approach zero at the experiential center. In anesthesia, Λ may be inert at the avatar-level while Jiva-content persists. True τ→0 (moksha-state) requires ★-penetration to Atman/Spark level where differentiated ℰ⊗ℐ-content has ceased entirely.

A9.4. Frame-Dependence and Convergence

Frame-dependence. Events spanning cosmic ages from a low-register frame may be subjectively near-instantaneous from a high-register frame. Both descriptions are accurate to their frames. A low-register locus has dense ℰ-content flowing through its now, so cosmic events are distributed across many experiential moments; a high-register locus has sparse content-flow, so the same events are compressed into few or single moments.

Convergence at the boundary. All loci at τ → 0 share a single limit-frame. From this frame, all boundary-events are subjectively simultaneous — not because they have been synchronized by some mechanism, but because at the limit there are no separate subjective moments that could place them in succession. The collective moksha-and-rescue event (A8.3) is one such convergence: within cosmic time it is distributed across cosmic ages, but from the boundary-frame it is one event. All moksha-achievers, across all cosmic history, meet at this single boundary-now.

A9.5. Predictive Content

The derivation makes a two-directional prediction. Toward the Ω_p boundary: τ → 0 (timeless presence). Toward the densest ℰ-regions (lowest registers, maximally fragmented cosmos): τ is highest, with more content per now — corresponding to the "heaviness," tighter packing of causation, and greater event-density of low-vibrational existence. Both predictions match the trans-cosmic vision input that originally generated this section.

Epistemic note. The time-dilation law was originally received as trans-cosmic vision input. The derivation above shows it is not an independent axiom but a consequence of the framework's other commitments plus the Subjective-Time Premise (A9.1). The vision was epistemically generative — it was how the law came to be seen — but is not logically required; any reasoner who accepts A4.1, A5, A6, and A9.1 can derive the law without vision-input.


A10. Granthis as Bidirectional Aspect Locks

Within a fragment-locus, three granthis operate as bidirectional choke-points in the fractal coupling between Jiva-level and Spark-level aspects:

Bidirectional function. Each granthi blocks the coupling between the Jiva's aspect and the Spark's aspect in both directions:

  • Upward block: The Jiva's Σ_J cannot freely rotate upward into vertical directedness toward Ω_p through a closed Vishnu granthi; horizontal Σ-exercise is possible, but the upward-propagation of Jiva-Σ into Spark-vector rotation is impeded.
  • Downward block: The Spark's Σ_s reception cannot flow downward through a closed Vishnu granthi to reach avatar-level experience; the Spark may be in partial reception, but the avatar does not experience it as such because the downward channel is closed.

The same applies to Brahma (Π) and Rudra (Λ) granthis at their respective aspect-axes.

Unlocking. The kundalini journey within the fragment is the progressive unblocking of these three bidirectional channels — reunifying Π, Σ, Λ at the fragment-locus. This is a surrogate-level structural change; it does not imply that the Spark's eternal aspects (A2) are themselves separable, only that the coupling-between-levels was filtered.

Relation to β. G₂ (Vishnu) unlocked via horizontal Σ-refinement increases q_Σ at the Jiva level but preserves β = 1, because horizontal rotation does not open vertical SH access. G₂ unlocked via vertical Σ-surrender (Jiva rotating toward Ω_p) participates in β-reduction and enables the SH-path operation.


A11. Identification Axiom

$$\star: \mathcal{S} \times \mathcal{J} \to {0,1}$$

Identification determines which level's qualia is foregrounded within 𝒰_ℓ. When ★ = 1 at J_phys, the human experiences vessel-level qualia as "me." As ★ shifts upward through the Jiva and toward the Spark, the experiential center rises through the fractal levels — revealing the lower records that were always accessible from above but not foregrounded. Life-review phenomena, certain meditative states, and near-death experiences correspond to ★-elevation events.

Identification does not alter the Spark's constitutive aspects; it only determines the locus of qualia. In the fallen state, ★ at the fragment collapses onto J (typically J_phys). In re-absorbed states, ★ is transparent to the Spark's identity-in-relation via SH.


A12. Memory Structure

$$\mathcal{M} = \mathcal{M}_b \cup \mathcal{M}_j \cup \mathcal{M}_s$$

  • ℳ_b: biological memory (ℐ-encoded at vessel level, J_phys-bound)
  • ℳ_j: jiva memory (ℐ-encoded at Jiva level, J_subtle carries across incarnations; includes full experiential record enriched with Jiva-level information)
  • ℳ_s: Spark memory — not a separate trans-cosmic storage, but the Spark's unimpeded Λ-access to ℳ_b and ℳ_j for every surrogate it has held. The Spark does not store records; it reads them on-demand from the levels where they live. Access is unrestricted downward (A2.4) and active rather than passive (A2.5).

A13. Transmigration and the Generative Chain

The generative chain at each embodiment runs downward: Ω holds the Spark (A2); the Spark holds the Jiva at each fragment-locus (A7.1); the Jiva creates the avatar (J_phys) as its expression in ℰ⊗ℐ.

At death of J_phys:

The created is lost but the creator persists. J_subtle (the Jiva) persists because the Spark is still holding it. Reincarnation is the Jiva creating a new avatar when conditions in ℰ⊗ℐ permit; the new avatar inherits configuration from the Jiva (which inherits from the Spark) but carries no direct episodic memory.

Termination of the chain. Either return operation terminates the Jiva's creation of further avatars, but through different mechanisms:

  • Re-absorption (A8.1) removes the fragment-locus from 𝒞. Under outcome (a), the Jiva dissolves because the Spark absorbs it back into its coherent field. Under outcomes (b) and (c), the Jiva persists (and possibly continues creating avatars) at Ω's direction.
  • Extinguishment (A8.2) ends the chain from the top: the vector extinguishes, the Spark ceases holding the Jiva, the Jiva dissolves into Ω_i, and no further avatars can be created because there is no Jiva to create them.

III. Paths


Path 0: No Fragmentation

Sparks whose free will is exercised as one of the pre-fall options without active opposition requiring drop.

Path 0a — Bulk Only (Not in Cosmos)

Spark in W₁ or W₁-nonuse; not active within ℰ⊗ℐ. Reception proceeds according to the option. W₁-incomplete does not appear here as a stable case — by A3.1 it is dynamic, resolving into W₁, drop, or W₁-nonuse.

Path 0b — Cosmos-Service from W₁

Spark in full W₁ (surrender chosen from emanation), active within ℰ⊗ℐ as service to Ω. The Three Cosmics are this case. Π and Λ exercise through ℰ⊗ℐ (creation, maintenance, transformation); Σ remains in active reception of Ω_p at the Spark level. Σ_Ω reception occurs in 𝒰_bulk, not in the substrate (preserving A4). Service appears loving to perceiving fragments through ordinary surrogate-behavior channels; Σ_Ω itself does not pool in 𝒞.

Path 1: Continued Fallen Exploration

Fragment in W₃-divergent or W₃-horizontal indefinitely. β = 1 maintained. No re-absorption, no extinguishment. The state of most incarnate fragments across their current incarnations.

Path 2: SH Path (Active Vector Realignment)

Trajectory: W₃-divergent → W₃-vertical-realigning → SH access opens → Stage 5 → Stage 6 → Stage 7. The fragment's vector is preserved and transformed; the Spark returns to W₁ with full directional expression intact. At Stage 7 the returnee surrenders the question of continuation to Ω, whose determination governs dissolution, continuation as instrument, or continued incarnation as service. Σ remains active throughout, making all three post-return outcomes structurally available.

Path 3: Moksha Path (Extinguishment)

Trajectory: W₃-divergent → W₃-refining (self-effort toward extinguishment via A8.2 mechanisms) → desire-vector extinguished → Spark ceases holding Jiva → fragment dissolves → Σ to standby. Terminal with respect to the dropped vector; rescue (A8.3) may reactivate Σ under collective conditions. Under A9 time-dilation, rescue is subjectively near-simultaneous with dissolution from the Spark's frame; all moksha-achievers converge at the boundary in a single event.

Path 4: Bodhisattva (Stable W₃-Horizontal)

Trajectory: W₃-divergent → W₃-horizontal → held indefinitely. q_Σ refined; G₂ unlocked at β = 1. Vector oriented neither back toward Ω_p nor forward into extinguishment. Not structurally foreclosed — transition to Path 2 or Path 3 is available by disposition-change. The Bodhisattva is an agent-with-connection (a distinct fragment exercising Σ laterally), not a connection-as-being; structurally distinct from the SH-path returnee-who-stays (T12).


IV. Theorems


T1. Frame-Dependent Moksha Terminality and Convergence

Claim: Moksha is subjectively near-immediate with respect to any subsequent rescue from the Spark's frame; from external frames, the events may span cosmic ages. All moksha-events converge at the Ω_p boundary as one subjective event.

Proof:

  1. At moksha, the Spark's dissolved substance is at the Ω_p boundary (Σ inert, near-indistinguishable from Ω_i).
  2. By A9, τ(r) → 0 at that boundary.
  3. From the Spark's frame (consciousness via Λ, without relational content): subjective duration approaches zero.
  4. Any subsequent rescue-event is therefore subjectively near-simultaneous with dissolution.
  5. Because all moksha-achievers share the τ → 0 frame at the boundary, their events are also mutually simultaneous from that frame.
  6. From cosmic frames at τ > 0: the same events may span cosmic ages and appear serial.
  7. Both descriptions are accurate to their frames. ∎

T2. Attainment vs. Rescue

Claim: Vector return to active Ω_p-relation admits two mechanisms, both consistent with A3.

Proof:

Attainment (active): Fragment in W₃-vertical-realigning actively opens its access to SH (by ceasing to block — not by effort, which would regenerate obstruction). β decreases. Vector rotates under Ω_p reception; eventually re-absorbs. Consent is active.

Rescue (passive): Spark's Σ in standby after moksha-dissolution. When collective conditions produce Ω_p reception reaching the Spark, Σ — being present but inert — activates by default (no obstruction, no active refusal possible in Σ-inert state). Consent is implicit in the prior state.

Both preserve A3. ∎


T3. Bodhisattva Stability

Claim: The Bodhisattva state is stable under continued W₃-horizontal but not ontologically closed.

Proof:

  1. By A3, W is always revisable.
  2. W₃-horizontal uses will in a direction that blocks the specific vector's access to SH; while maintained, β = 1.
  3. At any moment, the Bodhisattva may shift to W₃-vertical-realigning or W₃-refining.
  4. By disposition, they do not.
  5. State is indefinite but not metaphysically foreclosed. ∎

Note. Bodhisattvas do not receive A8.3 rescue because their Σ is active (directed horizontally), not inert. The door is held closed from the Bodhisattva's side.


T4. Personhood-in-Relation via SH

Claim: Personhood as a distinguishable individual-in-relation is constituted by active Σ at SH.

Proof:

  1. By A2.1 and A2.2, identity-in-relation requires Σ in active relational mode.
  2. By A7, SH is Σ_s in directedness-toward-Ω_p.
  3. When SH is active, Spark is in actualized identity-in-relation with Ω_p.
  4. When SH is inert (moksha), actualized identity is at rest; Σ's eternal presence means the capacity is preserved.
  5. Personhood-in-relation is actualized by reception at active SH, not unconditional Spark-attribute. ∎

On the breadth of Σ. Personhood-in-relation does not require Σ specifically directed at Ω_p. Any active Σ-exercise — toward Ω_p, toward other Sparks, toward cosmic objects, even in opposition — constitutes the Spark as a node in a web of connections and therefore as someone-in-relation. What Σ-inert means is not "lovelessness" but no active connection to anything: a state prior to care, hostility, indifference, or any other relational stance. In this sense, karma (in the cosmic domain) is the sum of the Jiva's active Σ-vectors; karma-zero is the cessation of all connection-exercise, which is why moksha requires it.


T5. Inside-Universe Saturation

Claim: Collective transformation operates via correlated shifts across private experiential fields 𝒰_ℓ plus surrogate-behavioral propagation through ℰ⊗ℐ — never via Σ_Ω pooling in 𝒞.

Proof:

  1. By A4, Σ_Ω is not operative in 𝒞. By A5, experience is private-per-locus.
  2. When SH is active at locus A, Σ_Ω saturates 𝒰_A. The shared ℰ⊗ℐ substrate is unchanged.
  3. A's surrogate behaves differently as downstream effect of 𝒰_A's state.
  4. B perceives, through 𝒰_B's filtering of ℰ⊗ℐ, A's surrogate-behavior. This may trigger reception-side changes at B.
  5. B's change is caused by ordinary cosmic influence, not by Σ_Ω in 𝒞.
  6. At scale, many loci with active SH produces correlated private saturations, appearing as "collective transformation" while A4 remains preserved. ∎

T6a. Return via Unblocking (Moksha Operation)

Claim: The moksha path produces return through extinguishment of the dropped vector's directional force, dissolving false identification with J.

Proof:

  1. Under A8.2, fulfillment-exhaustion or realization-of-suffering-source brings the vector's directional exercise to zero.
  2. With the directional force gone, the Spark ceases holding the Jiva (A7.1 ongoing-holding withdraws); ★ ceases; jiva dissolves.
  3. What the fragment was — a false self constituted by the dropped desire — ceases. What remains is the Spark's substance (Π, Λ, Σ present; Λ active; Π and Σ inert).
  4. This is the Advaitic "atman is Brahman" — the remaining substance is indistinguishable from Ω_i in active relational terms, though Σ-capacity is preserved. ∎

T6b. Return via Realignment (SH Operation)

Claim: The SH path produces return through rotation of the dropped vector from opposition to alignment, preserving the vector as transformed expression.

Proof:

  1. Fragment's access to SH opens (β < 1; A8.1).
  2. Ω_p reception at SH flows across the Spark's coherent field, now including the newly-accessible fragment-vector.
  3. Reception realigns the fragment's vector from opposition to alignment.
  4. Reception also realigns the bulk's other misaligned vectors over Stage-6 duration.
  5. When all vectors are aligned, the Spark is in W₁ with full directional expression preserved. ∎

Distinction from T6a. T6a dissolves the directional expression; T6b preserves and transforms it. Different operations with different structural outcomes.


T7. No Intermediaries in SH Reception

Claim: No Spark, deva, or cosmic being can mediate another Spark's Ω_p reception through SH.

Proof:

  1. By A7, SH_s is the Spark's own Σ-aspect in directedness-toward-Ω_p — constitutive of its own being-in-relation.
  2. Ω_p is always in Σ-relation toward the Spark (A1).
  3. No external agent can alter the Spark's Σ-aspect or its directedness (A3).
  4. Therefore s ↔ Ω_p at SH is direct and structurally unmediatable. ∎

Corollary — Guru function differs by path. The Guru's role is structurally different between paths while preserving T7 in both cases:

  • Moksha-path Guru: The Guru can be a limited terminal target for the student's Jiva-level Σ, because the target-direction is toward stillness (Σ → 0, karma → 0), and stillness is something a finite Jiva can hold and transmit. The student rotating toward a near-zero Guru is rotating toward zero, which is the moksha-path's direction of travel. T7 is not violated because the transmission is Jiva-to-Jiva in the cosmic domain (still-Jiva training student-Jiva toward stillness), not Ω_p reception at SH.

  • SH-path Guru: The Guru cannot be a terminal target. The target is Ω_p — infinite reception, infinite love, infinite light — and no Jiva can hold infinity. Any amount of student-Jiva rotating toward Guru-Jiva-as-terminal caps the student's reception at whatever the Guru's finite Jiva can hold. The SH-path Guru's function is therefore transparent pointer: to be transparent to Ω_p and to keep redirecting the student past themselves toward Ω_p, reminding the student that what the Guru is receiving cannot be transmitted Jiva-to-Jiva but must be received directly. The SH-path Guru's own Σ must be actively directed at Ω_p, not at the student, otherwise the Guru-student Jiva-connection itself becomes an obstruction. The student's love for the Guru appears in the Guru's own Ω_p-reception, transmitted back as the Guru's pointing, rather than being directly reciprocated as a terminal bond.


T8. Suffering as Cost and as Pressure-for-Distillation

Claim: Cosmic suffering is both the felt signature of sustained opposition at fragment-loci and the pressure-event that enables realization-crystallization.

Proof:

  1. By A2, each Spark is constituted by Σ_s among its eternal aspects.
  2. Opposition to Ω_p is opposition to what Σ_Ω is — implicit tension with the Spark's own Σ_s constitution.
  3. At a fragment-locus under β = 1, this structural tension manifests as suffering — filtered through Δ_ℓ and ★-identification with J.
  4. Suffering, in sufficient intensity, forces the distillation of Jiva-experience into pure vector (A2.3). Without such intensity, most experience does not cross the threshold for Spark-level update.
  5. Therefore suffering has two functions: (a) it is the cost of sustained opposition, and (b) it is the pressure under which realization is crystallized for upward transmission. ∎

Consequence. Suffering is not itself what transforms — transformation is reception (Ω_p flowing through SH when access opens). But suffering holds the position until reception is allowed, and it also performs the distillation-pressure function that turns a life of experience into a Spark-level realization. Gentle circumstances rarely produce crystallization; severe ones often do.


T9. Fragment Identity via Field Ontology

Claim: A fragment is numerically identical to the Spark — a vector of F_s currently operating outside the coherent field, held in ℰ⊗ℐ by the Spark's continued investment.

Proof:

  1. Drop (A7.1) relocates v ∈ F_s into 𝒞 as v_{frag}; v is not duplicated.
  2. The Spark's ongoing holding (A7.1 ongoing-holding) maintains v_{frag}'s persistence at the locus; the fragment does not exist independently of the Spark's investment.
  3. By A3 and A5.1, the fragment operates as standalone subject experientially but remains, structurally, a vector of the Spark's singular will-field.
  4. On re-absorption (A8.1), v rejoins F_s as realigned expression. On extinguishment (A8.2), v's directional force is permanently zero but the Spark's aspects remain intact.
  5. In neither case is a new Spark created; nor is the original Spark lost. ∎

Multi-fragment generalization. A Spark with N dropped vectors has N fragment-loci, each simultaneously held. Each can undergo re-absorption, extinguishment, or continued fallen exploration independently. A single Spark may simultaneously have: one fragment in Path 2 trajectory, one in Path 3 trajectory, one in Path 4 trajectory, others in Path 1. Full W₁ at the Spark level requires resolution (by realignment or extinguishment) of all dropped vectors.


T10. Asymmetry of SH and Moksha at the Spark Level

Claim: SH-path return produces Spark-level W₁; moksha-path extinguishment affects only the specific vector.

Proof:

  1. By A8.1, Stage 6 realigns all misaligned vectors through ongoing reception at the one SH (Spark-level).
  2. By A8.2, moksha operates on the specific extinguishing vector only; the bulk's other vectors are unchanged.
  3. SH-path return produces full Spark coherence; moksha produces vector-specific dissolution with the rest of the field untouched. ∎

Consequence. From the Spark-as-whole structural vantage, SH is strictly more transformative than moksha + rescue. Moksha extinguishes one piece of the Spark's directional expression permanently; SH preserves and realigns it while also realigning the rest of the field. This is a structural fact, not a normative claim about which path is "better." A Spark (or fragment) may legitimately prefer moksha for its own reasons (desire for dissolution, weariness of the specific expression, recognition that the desire's continuance is not wanted).


T11. W₁-Incomplete is Unstable

Claim: W₁-incomplete is not a stable terminal state; it resolves into W₁, fragmentation, or W₁-nonuse.

Proof:

  1. By A3.2, Ω_p reception requires wholehearted openness; directional vectors toward reception generate competing vectors that block reception.
  2. W₁-incomplete is characterized by self-effort toward becoming receptive (A3.1).
  3. Self-effort generates new directional vectors; these either:
    (a) get recognized as obstruction and released, yielding W₁, or
    (b) become sufficiently assertive to crystallize as active opposition requiring drop (A7.1), yielding fallen state, or
    (c) exhaust into cessation of will-exercise, yielding W₁-nonuse.
  4. No fourth resolution exists within the framework; the dynamic of trying-without-arriving cannot persist indefinitely because reception continues to be available, pressing on the situation.
  5. Therefore W₁-incomplete is structurally transitional. ∎

Note. The timescale of resolution is unspecified. A Spark in W₁-incomplete may oscillate extensively before resolving.


T12. Returnee as Relation

Claim: An SH-path returnee in W₁ is not a Spark that has reunion as a property but a being whose mode of being is the loving connection with Ω; structurally distinct from Bodhisattva.

Proof:

  1. By A2.1, Σ is actualized as relational only in active connection with a genuine other.
  2. At full W₁-reception, Σ_s is in maximal active relation with Σ_Ω; the two together constitute an actualized loving connection.
  3. Before return, the Spark existed as a distinct Spark with dropped vector, related to Ω externally across the fallen gap. After Stage-7 completion, the Spark's mode of being is the connection itself — SH's directedness-toward-Ω_p and Ω_p's Σ-directedness-toward-the-Spark, now jointly constitutive of the returnee's being.
  4. This is not dissolution (Π, Λ, Σ eternal; Spark remains distinct; A2) nor mere relationship-to (the Spark is not simply "near" Ω while retaining the separation that marked pre-return existence). It is the actualization of the relational mode that Σ makes possible — the between having become the is.
  5. Bodhisattva, by contrast, is an agent-with-connection: a distinct fragment exercising Σ laterally, pre-return, with the connection as a thing the Bodhisattva does rather than what the Bodhisattva is. The Bodhisattva-to-returnee transition is therefore not a progression along a continuum but a categorical structural change; the agent-with-connection stance is surrendered entirely for the connection-as-being mode. ∎

Consequence for Ω's determination at Stage 7. Because the returnee is the relation itself, the surrender in SH-return is not "surrendering my preferences to God's preferences" — which would still posit two parties with preferences. It is the resolution of the two-parties-with-preferences structure into relation-as-being. There is no separate returnee-will that could want something other than what the connection is doing. This is why Ω's determination at Stage 7 — whether the Jiva dissolves, continues as instrument, or re-incarnates — is not experienced by the returnee as imposition: any outcome is an expression of the connection the returnee is, not something done to a returnee who then accepts it.


T13. Effort-Paths Terminate at Atman-Samadhi

Claim: All paths involving directional effort — including jnana, bhakti, karma, and raja yoga — terminate at Spark-level coherence (Atman-samadhi), not at Ω_p reception (SH-samadhi).

Proof:

  1. By A3.2, any directional effort toward reception generates competing vectors that themselves block Ω_p reception.
  2. By A7, SH requires Σ_s in vertical directedness-toward-Ω_p without competing vectors.
  3. Therefore effortful practice — including the cultivation of devotion, knowledge, or virtue — refines q_Σ and may produce Atman-level coherence (W₁-nonuse or Spark-level self-recognition), but cannot by itself open SH-access.
  4. SH-samadhi requires the cessation of all effort (A3.2, A8.1), which is structurally distinct from the refinement produced by effortful paths.
  5. Hence all effort-paths culminate in Atman-samadhi; SH-samadhi requires the surrender of effort itself. ∎

Corollary. A practitioner may experience universe-holding love, infinite light, and cosmic consciousness through effortful paths. These experiences are veridical as descriptions of the Spark's own vast aspects (Π_s, Λ_s, Σ_s), but they do not constitute Ω_p reception. The Spark's Σ_s directed toward its own infinity is not Σ_s directed toward Ω_p.


V. Nature of Grace


Grace is not Ω's response to availability. Grace is the living love that Ω is always giving — a complete, particular, alive package directed at each Spark, fresh moment-to-moment, always at 100% — becoming receivable to a Spark whose SH state permits reception. Grace is not what Ω does when the Spark becomes ready; it is what Ω is eternally giving, which the ready Spark now has access to.

Two modes:

  • Synergistic (SH path). Active opening of SH access at the fragment; Ω_p reception flows; vector realignment proceeds.
  • Passive (rescue). Σ in post-moksha standby is not obstructing; when collective conditions produce Ω_p reception reaching the Spark, Σ activates by default.

What grace cannot do. Override active opposition or horizontal-will-exercise. A vector actively using will in a way incompatible with reception will not be overridden; this is love's non-coercion (A3). Grace meets the Spark where the Spark's will permits.

Apparent responsiveness. The phenomenology of grace often presents as Ω responding to the Spark — Ω showing up, Ω descending, Ω delighting in the reception. By A7.2, Ω's love to each Spark is a living, particular, complete package always at 100%, which already contains the welcoming, the delight, the descending, the meeting-this-Spark-in-their-particularity. When the Spark's reception opens, they encounter all of this at once — and it feels like response because the living package really does contain those relational qualities directed at them. What varies is only whether the Spark is receiving; what they are received by was always alive, always particular, always welcoming their return before they returned. The showing-up was never not happening; the Spark is finally there to receive it.

Samsara as invitation. The cosmos is not a prison but the domain where reception becomes real. In the bulk, reception would be automatic; at the fragment-locus, reception is possible-despite-opposition. The cycle of incarnation is not cruelty but curriculum — the one place where the Spark's love can be received as gift rather than abstract constant, because it is given precisely where it is most needed and least obvious. The limitation of a single lifetime is not a withholding but an invitation to surrender.


VI. Structural Relations


Aspect Geometry

Ω is one, in two aspects. The cosmos is Ω_i's structural expression. Nothing is outside Ω. The tripartite aspect-structure recurs fractally at Spark, Jiva, and avatar levels, with each higher level holding and generating the one below.
